Serving Shadow Mountain, Shadow Mountain Estates I, and Shadow Mountain Estates II, all located between E. 61st St. and E. 66th St. and S. 76th E. Ave. and S. Sheridan Rd. You can pay your annual dues, sign up for updates, contact the board, check the event calendar, and see the neighborhood news here.

Who We Are

The Shadow Mountain Homeowners Association, Inc. a non-profit association and voluntary organization. Our mission is to:

  • Improve and protect property values by establishing and enforcing standards of aesthetics, structural integrity, safe practices, and maintenance.
  • Enhance the security of residents through collaborative programs of watchfulness and active communication.
  • Provide a framework to act as a community when this will increase the well-being, safety, and quality of life of our residents.

Grissom Elementary School


Change: In the Grissom School section, “family-friendly neighborhood, we are proud to have access to Grissom Elementary School. Grissom is currently transiting to the Montessori teaching method. Tulsa Public School Elementary age children living within the Shadow Mountain HOA neighborhood receive preferential placement.

Annual HOA Dues

Annual HOA payments are due by January 1.
